Configure Dashboard
How to create and consult a dashboard in Inmovilla
The Inmovilla dashboard is a comprehensive tool that allows you to consolidate key indicators your agency needs to monitor into a single interface. Thanks to its flexibility, you can configure it with specific metrics related to demands, CRM lists, or follow-up types, and then analyze the results by filtering them by specific periods and agents.
It is essential to understand that the process is divided into two main stages: creating and configuring the dashboard and its columns, which is done from the Settings section, and consulting and analyzing the data, which is carried out through the Utilities viewer.
Indicators and metrics you can measure with a dashboard
A dashboard is structured through columns, where each represents a specific set of data selected by the user. For example, you can design a column that reflects the portfolio of active demands and another that shows indicators related to properties for sale.
Additionally, you have the option to include a comparative column that links two existing columns to facilitate comparative analysis. This feature is especially useful for evaluating the achievement of commercial objectives, as the viewer can display a visual bar indicating the percentage reached relative to the established goal.
Before configuring your dashboard, it is advisable to clearly define what information you need to monitor. For example, a dashboard focused on demands can concentrate exclusively on the active portfolio, while another aimed at acquisition can gather data on calls made and evaluation visits. This way, each dashboard maintains a defined and coherent purpose.
Detailed steps to create a dashboard in Inmovilla
Access the configuration. Go to the left sidebar and select Settings, located at the bottom. Then choose Management and within this section, select Dashboard.
Start creating a new dashboard. In the list of existing dashboards, click the blue button with the “+” symbol and select the option to create a new dashboard.
Assign a descriptive name. It is important that the name clearly reflects the purpose of the dashboard, such as “Demands” or “Acquisition”, to facilitate future identification.
Define users with access. Select the users who will be able to view the dashboard and verify their permissions. Keep in mind that assigning a user to the dashboard does not guarantee their access if their user configuration limits viewing only to their own dashboards.
Add the necessary columns. For each column, select the content you want to display, set its position within the dashboard, and assign a clear and representative name.
Save the configuration. Once all columns have been added, save the dashboard so that it is available and can be consulted later from the viewer.
How to select the appropriate content for each column
When adding a column, Inmovilla offers three main sources to define its content: CRM lists, flags, and follow-up types. It is essential to choose the option that exactly corresponds to the data you want to measure, rather than just naming the column.
For example, if you want to display active demands, you should select the flag corresponding to the portfolio of active demands. Then, assign a descriptive name to the column, such as “Active Demands”, and set its position within the dashboard. To add another indicator, simply repeat this process with the relevant content and place it in the desired position.
This clear separation between content, name, and position facilitates intuitive reading: the content determines what data is shown, the name explains its meaning, and the position defines its location within the dashboard, thus optimizing visualization and understanding.
Advanced configuration: how to create a comparative column
The comparative column is added once you have created the columns you want to link. To do this, activate the comparative column option, select the two columns you want to link, define their position within the dashboard, and save the changes.
For example, in a dashboard oriented towards acquisition, you could have a column for acquisition calls, another for evaluation visits, and a third that compares both values. In the viewer, this comparison will be reflected through a percentage compliance bar that depends on the data from the columns and the commercial objective established for each agent.
Important: Do not automatically interpret any percentage shown as a conversion rate. Before drawing conclusions, carefully review which columns are being compared and what commercial objective is applied.
How to consult data in the dashboard viewer
Once the dashboard is configured and saved, go to Utilities > Dashboard viewer. Here you can select the analysis period, choose the dashboard you want to view, and filter data by specific agents. Finally, click Generate to display the results.
Period: select the time interval you want to analyze, such as the current month, quarter, or full year.
Dashboard: choose the set of indicators that best fits your analytical needs at that moment.
Agents: view data for all agents or adjust the selection to focus on one or several specific profiles.
From the viewer, you can quickly switch between different dashboards and regenerate queries without returning to the initial configuration. If you notice a table showing null or very low values, first verify that the selected period and agents are appropriate, as the usefulness of the dashboard depends directly on the data available under those filters.
Additional functions: pending tasks, printing, and exporting
The viewer also allows including pending tasks in the query, which is very useful if you want to evaluate work not yet completed along with already closed indicators. Before generating the results, activate this option and observe how the displayed data changes.
Also, you have the option to print or download the dashboard to share or archive it. Before doing so, confirm that the period, dashboard, and selected agents are correct to ensure the consistency and usefulness of the exported information.
Recommendations for a successful start
To facilitate learning and ensure effective use, we recommend starting the creation of a dashboard with two or three specific indicators that respond to a particular need. Make sure to name the columns clearly and check user access permissions. Consult the results by selecting a defined period to validate the configuration.
When you have clarity about which data you want to relate and how commercial objectives apply, incorporate a comparative column. This gradual approach ensures the dashboard is easy to interpret and becomes a useful tool for daily monitoring and strategic decision-making.
