How to register and manage income in the Inmovilla accounting panel

The Income module within the Inmovilla accounting panel is designed to facilitate thorough recording and efficient management of all real estate transactions. This section allows you to document each transaction, specify its payment status, and keep the economic, commercial, and contact data associated with each deal organized and linked.

This powerful tool is essential for clearly and accessibly centralizing both collected and pending income, enabling quick location of movements through precise filters by date, responsible party, or status, and offering immediate access to all relevant information related to each operation.

How to access the income section

Access to the accounting panel is easily done from the Inmovilla side menu, following this structured path:

  • Go to Utilities in the left sidebar.

  • Select the Sections option.

  • Enter the Accounting section.

  • Finally, click on Income.

Upon entering, a complete list with all previously registered income will be displayed. From this screen, it is possible not only to review and update existing records but also to filter information to narrow results and quickly and easily create new operations.

Income list from the accounting panel with columns and top filters

This list centralizes all registered income, facilitating review and management through powerful top filters.

What can be consulted in the income list

The list view functions as the main control point for all recorded movements. Each row represents a specific income and allows access to its detailed record to review or modify the associated information.

To efficiently locate a specific operation, the panel offers a series of advanced filters that allow refining the list according to multiple criteria:

  • Date from and date to: to consult income within a specific time range.

  • Commercial: to identify operations managed by a particular person.

  • Type of income: to classify movements according to their category or nature.

  • Company: especially useful when managing multiple companies within the system.

  • Client: to locate income linked to a specific contact.

  • Payment status: to differentiate between income already collected and those pending.

Quick access by status

In addition to the detailed filters, the interface includes quick accesses that allow consulting groups of records according to their payment status, improving tracking efficiency:

  • All income: shows the complete set of movements.

  • Pending income: filters exclusively those not yet collected.

  • Registered or completed income: groups operations already confirmed and collected.

This classification facilitates prioritizing the follow-up of pending amounts without losing the overall view of accounting activity.

Available actions on the list

The actions menu offers various options to operate directly on the information visible on screen, optimizing daily management:

  • Reset filters: to remove all applied criteria and return to the full list view.

  • Mark selected records: allows selecting multiple income entries simultaneously to apply joint actions.

  • Export: enables downloading the list data in compatible formats for external analysis or archiving.

How to create a new income in Inmovilla

To register a new operation, use the New income button located at the top right of the section. Clicking it will open a detailed form containing all the necessary fields to document the income completely and accurately.

Before starting the registration, it is essential to verify that the corresponding company has been previously created in the companies section, as the income form requires selecting an existing company to correctly associate the operation.

The creation process can be followed step by step as follows:

  • Click on New income.

  • Select the company linked to the operation.

  • Verify the creation date, which is set automatically.

  • Indicate the type of income and the related closed deal.

  • Assign the commercial responsible for the management.

  • Enter the income date and specify its payment status.

  • Complete the economic amounts associated with the operation.

  • Add relevant observations, identify the participants, and link owner, property, or demand when appropriate.

  • Save the record as a draft or confirm the final save to complete the process.

Income creation form with economic fields and operation information

The income form integrates all economic information and operational links into a single record, facilitating complete and contextualized management.

Economic fields of an income

The form includes various fields to accurately reflect the key figures of each operation. It is essential to complete each one according to the details of the closed deal:

  • Price paid by the client: total amount paid.

  • Real estate agency fee: commission or fee assigned to the agency.

  • Agent's commission: percentage or amount corresponding to the responsible agent.

  • Actual income: net amount received.

Additionally, it is possible to mark the income as pending if the payment has not yet been made. This indication allows the movement to be highlighted when consulting pending income in the list, facilitating its tracking.

Linking the income with owner, property, or demand

To provide commercial context and facilitate future consultations, an income can be linked to the key participants in the operation. The form allows quick and easy searching and selecting of the associated owner.

Once the owner is selected, it is possible to directly access the related property's record through the corresponding option, avoiding additional searches and speeding up data review.

Likewise, the form enables linking a related demand, automatically incorporating relevant information into the accounting record.

Some fields, such as commercial or city, can be automatically completed based on existing references, although it is recommended to review all information before confirming the save to ensure accuracy.

Use of observations and participants

The observations field is intended for internal notes that provide additional details about the operation, especially those aspects that do not fit into the economic or relational fields.

The participants in the operation section allows clearly identifying all persons linked to the deal, providing complete context along with the owner, property, and demand, which facilitates subsequent review and follow-up.

Save, cancel, or delete an income

During the completion of the form, the record can be saved as a draft, allowing the information entered to be preserved when the operation is still in process and not ready to be closed.

Once all data is completed, the available actions are:

  • Save: to confirm and definitively register the income.

  • Cancel: to exit editing without saving the changes made.

  • Delete: to permanently remove the record.

After saving, the income becomes available in the general list, from where it can be opened to consult or modify its details at any time.

Practical routine to control pending income

A recommended methodology to optimize the use of the accounting panel consists of registering the income at the moment of formalizing the deal, marking it as pending if the payment has not yet been received. Later, when the payment is made, it can be easily located through the quick access for pending income, its record opened, and its status updated.

This practice ensures an orderly and clear management, keeping collected income separate from those requiring additional follow-up:

  • Register the income when closing or documenting the operation.

  • Link company, commercial, client, owner, property, or demand as appropriate.

  • Enter the economic amounts and necessary observations.

  • Mark the income as pending if payment has not yet been made.

  • Filter the list by status to identify and review pending records.

  • Access the corresponding record to update and save data when payment is confirmed.

Summary

The Inmovilla income module offers a comprehensive solution that brings together in a single record all essential elements of a real estate operation: company, commercial, economic amounts, payment status, and links with owners, properties, and demands. The strategic use of filters, quick accesses, and tracking of pending statuses allows maintaining rigorous and transparent control of all movements recorded in the accounting panel, facilitating the management and optimisation of real estate activity.
