Plasmic Questions and Answers
1. Pages and Features
1. Is it possible to create new internal pages with custom URLs from Plasmic? Yes. Plasmic allows the creation of new pages with fully customizable routes and URLs, thus facilitating the expansion and personalization of the website according to the agency's specific needs.
2. Will we be able to develop a specific page for Services? Technically, yes. Plasmic offers the necessary flexibility to design and deploy a page dedicated exclusively to Services, adapting it to the particular content and design requirements.
3. Does the new template include a general News or Blog section? The standard template we provide does not include a News or Blog section by default; however, it is perfectly feasible to incorporate this functionality directly from Plasmic, allowing dynamic management of current content.
4. Will the five current news items, including images and content, be migrated? Since the current template does not include a specific tab or section for news, automatic migration of these contents is not planned. Incorporating these elements would require additional development.
5. Is there an alert or property search request form connected with Inmovilla? Yes. In the detailed information of each property, there is a form that users can complete to send requests or alerts, which are received directly in Inmovilla's internal email, ensuring efficient management of inquiries.
6. Where are the links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube configured? On websites managed by Inmovilla, the agency's data, including social media links, are usually configured from the CRM panel, not from Plasmic, thus centralizing the management of corporate information.
7. Do the forms include CAPTCHA or other anti-spam protection? Currently, the forms do not have CAPTCHA or integrated anti-spam protection systems. It is advisable to consider including these measures to improve security and prevent unwanted submissions.
8. Will properties, forms, and contacts remain correctly connected to the CRM after editing the design in Plasmic? Inmovilla's architecture clearly separates the design managed in Plasmic from the data stored in the CRM. Therefore, design modifications should not affect the correct connection or data flow between both systems.
2. Access and Editing in Plasmic
9. What level of access will be provided: editing, administration, or project ownership? Advanced access with administrative permissions will be provided, allowing management and modification of the project with full control over its functionalities.
10. Which pages, components, and elements can be modified? From the Plasmic web editor, users can create, duplicate, edit, and delete pages autonomously, defining for each its URL route, structure, and content without the need for technical intervention. Additionally, there are more than eighty proprietary components properly documented, including:
- Headers, body, and footer.
- Grids and carousels fed in real-time from the CRM (properties, new developments, areas, testimonials, team).
- Specific sections such as featured, services, FAQs, reviews, and metrics.
- Detail sheets, searchers, maps, forms, and translatable text and image blocks.
Within each component, it is possible to edit texts by language, images, columns, filters, order, visibility, and design variants, ensuring deep and market-adapted customization. Additionally, the editor includes global configuration panels that allow managing fundamental aspects of the site, such as theme and color palette, languages, currencies, services, frequently asked questions, blog, legal texts, search filters, Google Analytics, Google Reviews, WhatsApp, and SEO.
It is important to highlight two clarifications: certain contents — such as the navigation menu, Hero texts on the homepage, and section titles — are managed from the agency's central configuration and their editing affects the entire site. On the other hand, legal pages, the 404 page, and the maintenance page are code pages that remain outside the reach of the visual editor.
11. Will we be able to create, duplicate, and delete pages? Yes, these functionalities are fully available to the user from the web editor.
12. Can previous versions be recovered in case of error? Yes, Plasmic includes a version history that allows restoring any previous version of the project. This functionality is standard on the platform, although recovery must be requested via authorized email to Inmovilla.
13. Will modifications made in Plasmic be preserved after a template update by Inmovilla? Yes, template updates are designed to respect and preserve user-made changes, avoiding loss of content or design.
14. Are access, maintenance, and support for Plasmic included in the service? No. Necessary access will be provided, but technical support and specific maintenance for Plasmic are not included. Therefore, it is recommended that the responsible team has prior knowledge of handling the platform.
15. Is there specific training or documentation to edit this template? Currently, we do not have specific documentation for editing this template in Plasmic.
16. What modifications must necessarily be made by Inmovilla? Inmovilla can supervise modifications made from the CRM web editor. However, all changes made directly in Plasmic are the agency's responsibility, and no additional interventions by Inmovilla are required for web editing.
3. SEO and Migration
17. What technical improvements support the claim that the new website has better positioning? Our websites are developed and optimized for SEO and are fully responsive. Technical improvements implemented in modern platforms based on Next.js/React with Plasmic include:
- Server-side rendering (SSR/SSG), which improves loading speed and indexability.
- Significant improvements in Core Web Vitals, optimizing user experience.
- Advanced semantic structure that facilitates crawling and understanding by search engines.
For concrete data, metrics such as PageSpeed score, details about SSR or CSR, and real benchmarks evidencing these improvements can be requested. For example, SEO performance measured by PageSpeed on websites created with this technology reaches 100%.
18. Will we be able to edit the URL, SEO title, meta description, and share image on each page? Yes. The URL is fully editable per page from the editor. The SEO title and meta description can be configured through the SEO panel, where it is possible to register any route and complete these metadata for each language available on the site. Texts support dynamic variables resolved in real-time, such as {agencyName} or geographic variables {inCountry}, {throughoutCountry}, ensuring precise and adapted writing without the need to duplicate templates.
The share image is generated automatically, using the first photograph of the property, the article image, or the agent's photo, with the agency's logo as a backdrop. Currently, there is no field to manually edit og:title, og:description, or Twitter/X cards.
19. Will we be able to configure H1, H2, H3, alternative image texts, and internal links? Yes, Plasmic allows editing header hierarchy and alt attributes of images directly from the visual editor, thus facilitating exhaustive control over content structure and accessibility.
20. Does the new website generate XML sitemap and robots.txt file? Yes, both are generated dynamically on the server. The robots.txt file authorizes crawling and specifies the sitemap location, automatically applying Disallow: / rules on demonstration and development domains. The sitemap.xml is issued in standard format including loc, lastmod, changefreq, and priority tags.
Currently, the sitemap includes the general pages of the site but does not yet automatically incorporate property sheets, new development promotions, blog articles, agents, or language variants. The evolution towards a dynamic sitemap fed from the CRM is identified as a priority and can be planned jointly.
21. Does it include canonical tags, structured data, and hreflang tags for Spanish and English? Yes, JSON-LD structured data generated on the server is injected, including RealEstateListing for property sheets (with price, currency, address, coordinates, area, rooms, bathrooms, year built), Organization and RealEstateAgent with contact data, Review for testimonials, and City/Place for areas.
Regarding canonical and hreflang tags, currently rel="canonical" and rel="alternate" hreflang are not issued, although the multilingual infrastructure supports language routing with URL prefix, language selector, and translated content. The implementation of these tags is planned as a limited scope improvement.
22. Is the content rendered correctly so that Google can crawl and index it? Yes, thanks to server-side rendering, the content arrives complete and structured to facilitate crawling and indexing by Google and other search engines.
23. How will Google Analytics and connection with Google Search Console be managed? Inmovilla allows integration of Google Analytics for metrics tracking, while configuration and management in Google Search Console can be done jointly with Inmovilla.
24. Will the currently indexed URLs be preserved? No. Accumulated positioning will be lost if existing URLs are changed, so it is recommended to carefully plan the migration to minimize negative impacts.
25. If URLs change, will Inmovilla configure all necessary 301 redirects? Yes. The system has a permanent redirect engine that manages requests through a pattern table configurable by the agency. This engine works by patterns, allowing the use of wildcards for segments, transferring property references to new URLs, matches on query parameters, and normalization of usual .html suffixes in previous websites.
The agency is requested to provide a complete inventory of old URLs, preferably exported from Search Console and the previous sitemap. Pattern configuration and coordination with Search Console are carried out jointly with Inmovilla to ensure an optimal transition.
26. How will the positioning of the five current news items and the Services page be preserved? Positioning preservation will depend on three key factors: maintaining original URLs, correctly migrating content, and configuring appropriate redirects. Without these conditions, the positioning of these pages will be lost. It is recommended to request a concrete plan to address this migration.
27. What SEO treatment do dynamic property sheets have? The sheets are fully server-rendered, delivering complete HTML to the crawler without relying on JavaScript to display indexable content. Each sheet has a clean and stable URL, its own <title> reflecting the property title, meta description extracted from the description, multilingual support with fallback to the main language when translation is missing, share image, and complete RealEstateListing structured markup.
The same treatment applies to new development promotions, agent sheets, and blog articles, ensuring optimal visibility and SEO positioning.
4. Publishing and Responsibility
28. Who will review that the website works correctly on desktop and mobile before connecting it to the domain? A temporary domain will be provided so the team can thoroughly review functionality on different devices before making the definitive switch to the main domain.
29. Who will check forms, links, properties, languages, Analytics, and indexing? If modifications are made to the base Plasmic template, Inmovilla does not assume responsibility for such modifications. Therefore, it is advisable that the agency conducts thorough testing to ensure the proper operation of all elements.
30. Is there a testing environment and backup before publishing? Yes, Plasmic allows publishing first in a staging environment to perform tests and validations before moving to production, thus ensuring site security and stability.
31. In case of an incident after migration, can the previous website be temporarily restored? Yes, the old website will remain active and will not be deleted until express confirmation is received from the agency, allowing a quick rollback in case of incidents.
